Resolution #4 Marriage Equality Act is before the floor by a relatively small margin.  Only 58% voted to bring it forward.

It passed with 78%.

4 spoke in favor of the resolution.  There is one correction in the whereas section.  Referendum 74 is in opposition to the actions of the State Legislature.
