Just concluded the hearing for Resolution #2 Food and Fuel. It seems that we are clearly concerned with food justice issues, but that we are not sure the ELCA needs to take a position in the ethanol or subsidy debates. Food access, food quality, and food supply... yes. Food redistribution for fuel... no.
